Sree Manikanda Construction Company was founded and established by Mr. C.P.Kailashdev in the year 1980 to focus on engineering and construction activities. Since then the organisation has nurtured and completed several projects on various applications that span across areas such as Fabrication & Erection, Testing and commissioning works inclusive of entire mechanical and civil works. Later as part of a strategy to increase the scope and scale of the company’s activities and improve awareness of its brand, the name of the organisation was changed to

Manikanda Engineering & Construction company which began to undertake a wide array of new projects including distilleries, breweries, irrigation and water supply plants, Chemical manufacturing units, Soap factories, cement plants, fatty acid project, gas refilling systems, storage systems and petroleum plants. So the organisation’s focus was on a plethora of different industries all of which have tremendous impacts on the development of the state and their aim was to continually improve the infrastructure and other engineering works in the country.
 
 Mr. C.P.Kailashdev observed a tremendous boom in infrastructure and real estate development in the country in the nineties and so he promoted M/s. Manikanda Property Development Pvt Ltd in the year 1995 with the main objective of planning and constructing apartment buildings, office blocks, hotels, integrated townships, retail destinations, SEZ’s and urban infrastructure etc in India. The company has developed some of the finest homes in Bangalore and has the enviable record of having completed its projects on time and having satisfied customers.

The Manikanda family continues to bring its vast array of knowledge and expertise in engineering and construction to supply the huge housing and infrastructure needs of the country. Our ultimate aim now is to propel India forward, into the 21st century and beyond.
